These terms govern your use of the website at kfdigital.studio, published by KF Digital Studio LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (“KF Digital Studio,” “we,” “us”). By using this website, you agree to them.
They do not govern our products. Ron, our household assistant, is covered only by the terms at getron.app/terms.
This website
This is a company website. You can read it, contact us, and find our legal pages. There are no accounts here, and using the site does not create one.
Eligibility
This website is intended for adults. You must be able to form a binding contract to send us a message or otherwise deal with us through the site.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use this website to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or probe or test our security without permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the website, or place an unreasonable load on it.

Messages you send us
If you write to us through the contact form or by email, you keep ownership of what you send. It is not a licence to operate an application on your behalf.

We link to other sites, including our product site at getron.app. Those sites have their own terms. We are not responsible for them. This website is hosted by a web host; how we use vendors to run the site is described in our privacy policy.
Our products
Software we publish is covered by the terms that ship with that product, not by this page. For Ron, that is getron.app/terms.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KF Digital Studio LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.
